Preventive Maintenance Policy
At Action, we take preventive maintenance very seriously. So seriously in fact, we require it.
In order for us to honor the warranties on the equipment we install it is necessary for you to have annual preventive maintenance. All warranties require this, regardless of how long they are. It may sound like we're forcing an unnecessary expense on our customers, but the exact opposite is actually true. We know it's easy to forget about your heating and cooling equipment until they breakdown. Annual preventive maintenance will save you thousands of dollars in repair costs by preventing unnecessary and premature breakdowns.
We're so confident that our preventive maintenance policy is in the best interest of our customers that if, for any reason, your equipment breaks down after we have performed our preventive maintenance we'll come back out to your house for free. The cost of the preventive maintenance, in effect, offsets the diagnostic fee needed to determine what is wrong with your system.
The benefits of preventive maintenance are two-fold:
